The Confetti Blaster is meant for professional use to spread confetti products into air with help of CO2 (gas). When the safety and installation instructions are read, the Confetti Blaster can be used.
Use:Stage, Ballet theatre, Studio, Multifunctional auditoria, Show plaza, Department auditoria, Entertainment center, Disco night club, Bar, Kala OK hall, Family party etc.
Safety
-Before you start using the machine check if the space is wide enough to use the machine (Blaster minimal height 15 -20metres). -Only use confetti products -Watch out with the high pressure of the gas cylinder or gas hose, this can increase to 60 bar! -Never blow to the direction of people, animals or other objects, but always above! -You need to have knowledge of working with CO2 (gas). The space where the Blaster will be used, has to be well ventilated. Using CO2 without any knowledge can be dangerous to life cause of the choking effects of gas. Ask your dealer or gas supplier for the local legislation.
. Installation
1. Put the blaster on a steady and clean underground.
2. Remove the top piece of the flight case by lifting this up straight and take out the woofer (1), the CO2 gas hose (2), the adjustable key (3) and two pins.
3. Select the position (4 positions) of the woofer and attach the pins including the cotter pins to fasten the woofer. Make sure the gas hose link with tap (6) is at the bottom of the machine.
4. Put the CO2 gas cylinder (5) in the optional gas cylinder holder or put in a position were it stays stable and fastened (by using a fastener). If you require a more smoky effect and more drive you should take a CO2 gas cylinder with dip tube.
5. Connect the hose to the CO2 gas cylinder and tight it with the adjustable key.
6. Connect the other end of the gas hose to the connection of the woofer Prevent crinkles or cracks. !! WATCH OUT: make sure the crane is in the "off" position. (the switch under the woofer and set square on the hose) When this is not the case the confetti canon is on and there can escape a quantity of CO2 gas as soon as the gas tap is opened, this causes that the highest pressure of the cylinder is be removed!!
7. Make sure the flight case is fastened by the help of the lock-system on wheels.
8. Turn open the gas tap carefully and check if there aren't any leaks. Immediately close the tap if the gas hose is leaking. Fasten the connection more tightly when there is a leak.
9. Ensure after using, the gas tap should always be closed and be sure that there is no CO2 left in the hose, by opening the switch under the woofer. If the hose still contains CO2 it could shoot away witch can be seriously dangerous!!
Operating instructions
1. Make sure the bottom of the confetti cannon is filled with a hand full of confetti as a starting quantity (don't use more, this can cause blockage in the woofer when turned on).
2. Make sure the space around the canon is free of people and obstacles.Than turn on the CO2 gas cylinder.
3. When the blast is required the switch needs to be turned on downside,parallel to the hose. At that moment there will escape a huge quantity of CO2 out of the woofer and the confetti will be launched into the air. You can now put in the confetti manually and divided into doses at the back site on the top side of the bin (so don't put it in the woofer, cause the woofer sucks the confetti vacuum from the bottom. You have approximately 60 seconds to launch 3-5Kgs with the blaster.
4. If quantity of confetti is all launched or the CO2 gas cylinder is empty you have to turn the switch back in the "off" position.
Transport and storage
-Place all parts back in the flight case. Ensure the hose can never be crinkled! -Always transport and place the Blaster straight up. -Storage should be done in a clean and dry space.
